Apply
After you submit your application, you will immediately receive a confirmation, including a privacy notice. It usually takes 1–2 weeks to review your documents. For unsolicited applications, the process may take a little longer due to internal consultations.
Getting to Know Each Other
If your profile meets our requirements, we’ll invite you to an initial interview with HR and/or the relevant department—depending on the position. For some roles, a second interview will follow to delve deeper into technical topics and clarify any outstanding questions. An assessment center or certain case studies, exercises, or personality tests may also be scheduled, depending on the role and requirements. However, you’ll be informed of this well in advance.
Get Started
If we determine during our discussions that it’s a good fit for both sides, you’ll receive your offer and all the important information about starting your new role. Once you’ve submitted the documents we need, we’ll draft your employment contract and any other individual agreements. We’ll then schedule an appointment for you to sign the documents or sign them online using a mobile signature or ID-Austria.
Onboarding
Before your first day on the job, we’ll organize and schedule your entire onboarding process. You won’t have to worry about anything. You’ll get to know all the departments relevant to your position and gain a comprehensive understanding of our company, your responsibilities, and your points of contact.
